Do you use BlueTooth?

Until I broke mine I wasnt too pleased with the one I had. I had it attached to my RAZR and I always found the volume not to be loud enough. Does anyone else feel that its not up to par or do you live by it?

Maybe I have not found the right one with a good volume level

I use mine all the time!!! I have the hs850, but the one complaint i have is that the volume is not quite loud enough. Not usually a problem, but there are times I have to hold it to my head to hear better, which kind of defeats te purpose of hands-free bluetooth, lol... I currently use it with a nokia 6230, which allows you to listen to your mp3's through the HS850, which other models (even motorolas) won't let you do.

that really upset me, I always ended up using 1 hand and pressing the danm thing closer to my ear. Thats why I dont use it anymore. Same thing as holding the damn phone to your ear

I use mine sometimes. I don't talk on the phone much though as I usualy text or IM (I have a Treo 650) but when I do talk on it I use my handsfree. I have a Jabra BT800 (or something like that). I knw you can use a data cable to get into your phone and adjust some custom settings (IE: Earpiece volume) beyond the scope of what the manufactorers/carriers allow.

I forget what the seem is that edits the volumes but you can get a plethora of utilities at motomodders.net that will make it easier for you to edit.

Don't be fooled by the cell companies. You don't have to pay a million dollars for a data cable (Motorola). You can use almost any standard Digital Camera usb cable. It's the same thing ;)

I stopped using bluetooth for voice when my new phone had the speaker phone function. I still use it for data transfer to other phones and my laptop.
