 SMS to O2 Network
I'm trying to use this site to send a text to a user on the O2 (UK) network, but she's not getting my messages. I know that O2 can be a little strange to begin with, but any insight would be appreciated.
Also, how should I be formatting the number? I've tried +44..., 01144..., or even 0... (omitting the country code because perhaps it understood to be UK simply because it's O2).
