Motorola MOTORAZR V3xx

Phone Review: Motorola MOTORAZR V3xx

Motorola's first HSDPA phone for North America. This ultra-thin clamshell has typical RAZR styling and features, plus a few upgrades such as a QVGA display. Key features include a megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, microSD memory card slot, and speaker-independent voice control.

I personally bought this phone recently and I must say I like it very much. It is slightly larger than the original v3 Razr but has many of the same features but some new ones as well. The addition of the microSD is really nice like it is in the v3i this phone has the much faster 3G HSDPA data speed which for me is smoking fast.

The camera has some definate enhancements over the v3 and I like the addition of the new cross hairs in the camera viewfinder. The phone also comes with some kewl EA Games demos installed they look and play pretty sweet and serves as an excellent MP3 player with the headphones that come with it.

As with all the other Razrs it is fairly easy to add your own skins and ringtones to the system but it does handle mp3 ringtones differently as they have to be stored in a totally new location to other models in order for the phone to see them and use them.

In my humble opinion Motorola hit another home run with this unit.
