Question

Not Receiving Messages from Outside Carriers...

I have a Motorola V3r Red and I'm having some issues with texting. I can send messages just fine, and receive them just fine - though only from people who have AT&T. A friend who has T-Mobile can get my messages, but I probably receive one out of ten messages from him, anymore I tend not to get any of them. It's really frustrating for both of us. I have contacted customer support and they had no resolution for me. I spent around an hour on the phone with them, running through all the settings and trouble-shooting, but nothing worked. They said it was a problem from T-Mobile, which my friend checked and he has absolutely no issues sending and recieving texts to anyone but me.

Though from looking around, a lot of people have this problem. Has anyone found a resolution? Someone told me just to get a new phone, but that's not an option right now. Should I continue to contact customer support and see if there is someone who knows how to help me?
