| I have the t-mobile mda, it has the MMS program but for some reason its locked from t-mobile to them settings and there is no way to go and change the settings in MMS configuration 2 replace t-mobile settings 2 cingular or 2 setup a New server. I also have the Cingular 8525 that my wifes uses and when i go 2 MMS configuration im able to enter new settings and or set up new server, so i think that t-mobile rom locks the settings 4 the MMS 2 their own and d'nt allow us 2 use other server i guess, im not 2 good at this but thats what i think.THANKS

| have you tried a few of the unlocking links available on the net? I am looking to link up with an unlocking website so we can help our members who have phones they wish to use on Orange :) To view links in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater. | well its hard to say, if its already unlocked I dont know why you cant access the settings section of the phone. Check the links for any specific program that will help overwrite the default settings that you might not normally have access to |

| Ok i found the info below looks like valuable information somewhere, now my question is: how do i access does registry keys? to change the settings? im not 2 good at this thats why i need some instruccions where to tap in my device to access this. THANKS

By default, the MMS provisioning from T-Mobile USA prevents editing the MMS settings.
You can fix this by editing the following registry key:
Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ArcSoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\Config\UI]
"EnableServerEdit" = DWORD:0Turn the 0 to 1 with a registry editor and Voilà!
You will be able to edit the MMS server settings in ArcSoft![/b] |

| You might be able to get a generic rom update and then you will be able to change all the settings. you shouldn't have to use the registry. go to inbox and mms options, mms profiles, menu, edit or new and change it from there |
